Individual Therapy

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy recognized by the World Health Organization and the American Psychological Association and one of the most effective tools available for healing from trauma. Rather than talking through difficult memories in detail, EMDR uses guided eye movements and other forms of bilateral stimulation to help your brain process and integrate experiences that have become "stuck" in the nervous system. Over time, memories that once felt overwhelming lose their emotional charge, allowing you to move through life with greater ease. In addition to trauma and PTSD, EMDR has shown strong results for anxiety, depression, grief, and phobias, often in fewer sessions than people expect.

I use a person-centered, depth-oriented approach. I believe our past experiences shape how we move through the present, and I help clients gently explore these patterns with curiosity, compassion, and feedback. I especially enjoy working with young adults and individuals navigating questions of identity and purpose, relationships, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, and trauma. My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, offering both insight and support as clients move toward deeper understanding and meaningful change.

Couples Therapy

I work with couples at all stages of their relationship, from early-stage dating to long-term partnership and marriage. Grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Relational Life Theory (RLT) perspectives, I help partners move beyond surface-level conflict and conversation to understand the deeper emotions and attachment needs driving patterns. Together, couples explore unhealed wounds, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. I support partners in developing clearer, more compassionate communication so they can feel seen, heard, and securely connected to one another. I offer actionable support and feedback to actively rewrite the cycle. I want to teach couples to have fun and enjoy each other again!
